All vendors are required to become members of Farmers Market.

All members must pay the annual membership fee and provide copies of all relevant licenses and or permits.

The annual membership fee is non refundable and cannot be prorated.

 Summer Market Fee: $35 / Winter Market Fee $35

There is an annual member fee of $60 if you will participate in both markets.

Table Fee: $20

Vendors must be from Douglas County or the adjoining counties of Klamath, Josephine, Curry, Coos & Lane. Produce & Plant vendors may sell their products at any market without being juried. Produce and plant vendors must adhere to the Federal, State and County rules and regulations regarding sanitation, marketing (weights and measures, etc.) and licenses and/or permits. Must have Liability insurance for your booth and product in case of accident or injury.

Prepared Food Vendors

Must meet all State and local health regulations. Prepared food vendors must have and provide all necessary permits to vend. Copies of permits must be presented to the Board along with samples and the jury form. Anticipate random and unannounced inspections by the Health Department. All vendors with edible or consumable products (this includes body products) must have Liability Insurance.
The Board meets the first Monday of each month at the Douglas County Courthouse, in room 310 at 6pm. Prospective craft vendors are required to have their products juried by the Farmers Market Board of Directors. You may bring samples of your products, and/or pictures, as they will help the Board better understand what you will be selling, with a completed jury form which is available from the Market Manager or available for download here. If you cannot bring your product to a meeting, you may leave a sample and the completed jury form along with any pertinent information about your product with the Market Manager and she will present your products at the next business meeting. You will be notified by phone after the meeting whether your products have been accepted or not and if your product is accepted, you will be invited to join the Market. Craft vendors are required to adhere to all federal, state and county regulations regarding labeling weights, and measures, content, etc. of their product. Artisans must have a general liability insurance.   And anyone selling something that goes on or in the body must have a product liability insurance.
